**A: yes as long as it is released within the then current pay period and you have no outstanding employer financial obligations.

Here is the statute regarding final pay, which must be paid on the regularly scheduled pay day for the pay period that included the date of termination:

And here is the statute regarding deductions from pay, which cannot be made without your authorization and for your benefit, except for taxes and other deductions required by law (like child support or tax levies):

Have you not received your final pay check within the required time frame? If not, what does the company say when you ask them where it is?
