I work in an oil refinary in Indiana and have made good friends with one of the guys there. On our breaks and lunch we spend the time in his office talking. Today our Plant Manager told us that it looked bad for a man and a women to be alone in a room together (I am the only women employed there), and if we continued he would fire me. Can they do that?
