I WAS JUST FIRED ON 3/26/08 AND I NEED TO KNOW IF I CAN COLLECT UNEMPLOYMENT AND GET MY VACATION PAY.

You will have to file for UI & see - whether you get it will depend on the reason for your termination. It will be up to the unemployment commission in your state to decide.

Pa. has no requirement that employers need to pay unused vacation at termination. It will depend on what the company's policy/practice is unless you have a binding employment contract guaranteeing such payout.
