record party?

What is the name of your state?Wv

If I ask one employee, "do you care if I record our conversations for the rest of the day", and he say's, "no, I do not care , you can record me".

Is it legal to tape record him,me and anyone else that may talk to the both of us; even if the other party's do not know they are being recorded?

Although there may be someone on this forum who knows this answer, it really doesn't have anything to do with employment law. You might get a quicker answer if you post this on the Consumer and General Law forum.

But, if I may ask, what is the purpose of doing this? Especially "all calls"?
