My husband worked for an auto transport co. in FL driving a tractor trailer. We live in MD. They "terminated" him on Thursday, and he told them, "OK, come get the truck." He brought it home to clean it out, and has it parked close to our home.

The co. owes him $1900 in back wages and reimbursements. They have threatened to report the truck stolen, have him arrested, and have refused to pay him the full amount of money - we have receipts to back up the amount.

What are our rights and how can we resolve this matter?
