My fiancé was fired from a national chain store in January. She called their Human Resource Department right away and after a four month investigation she got a call saying "It was all a misunderstanding". They want her back at her old job. They used the term "rehire". Does that mean she looses all her time in that position and start all over. Losing her life insurance and all? Her life insurance needs to be in place for a full two years. That's the feeling she got from the conversation with the investigator. Does she have any rights now that the termination reversed and she has been vindicated. She had waited as long as she could and found another job but until she figured out that this was going to take a while she racked up some serious debts to keep her house and car. Is back pay usual in cases such as this?

Thank You
