Company Relocation from NC to NJ: Before the signed agreement for one year was fulfilled, left the companies employ after 6 months into the agreement. Things were promised and not delivered. There was immediate pressure to accept the offer within the same company. Bonuses were given, and moving expenses paid by the company...employee was not made aware of the costs for the move even after requesting it. Here comes the question...Liability...Does the company get reimbursed for the full amount, partial due to 6 months of the contract being fulfilled or NOTHING due to the fact that the amounts being charged for the move had not been disclosed until resignation. No receipts have even been supplied.
