My twin sister and I have been working for the same company for over a year now and working our tails off may I add. I was recently browsing a job seeker web page and ran into a posting from my company listing that our shifts are looking to get replaced. I feel that we are being discriminated against. We have had nothing but problems with them since we were hired. They belittle us any chance we get. We are just so angry. What should we do?

For starters, you should give us some more information. On what basis do you feel you are being discriminated against? Not all discrimination is illegal.
