I have worked for a company for a 20 months. I am salary. And now they want my team to be on call for a week once a month. This was not something they talked about when I was hired. I have small children and don't see how I could possible do this. Plus I am very active with my church and am a sunday school teacher. Never would I ever consider working on a Sunday. It is my Lords day. Can they fire me if I refuse? I live in Michigan.
