What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Minnesota

I work for a Railroad and on Aug 28th I turned in my resignation notice for the effective date of Sept 9th. My Supervisor agread to the date and signed it with a witness signature gave me a copy then proceeded to escort me off the property ( on Aug 28th) saying company policy prohibits me from being on company property after a resignation notice has been turned in. The supervisor even pulled me off of a 8 hour overtime shift. Even though the company agreed to the exit date and I was willing and able to work they are refusing to pay me for the time between Aug 29th through Sept 9th. On Sept 3rd I recieved a phone call for an exit interview and was told that I was already terminated.

The question is what if any laws were broken and am I intitled to my pay from Aug 28th through Sept 9th?

No laws were broken and you are not entitled to any compensation. They accepted your resignation effective the date you handed it in and it is their right to do so.

The question is what if any laws were broken None. This is 100% legal in all states and is not even all that uncommon.

and am I intitled to my pay from Aug 28th through Sept 9th? No.
