I gave a verbal resignation and the same day I emailed my supervisor a request that my resignation be withdrawan. The letter I recieved stated that my employment had been terminated and listed the reasons why.
The reason being that I had given my resignation but, no metion of my email requestiong that it be withdrawn.
Am I entitled to unemployment benifits in the state of Massachusetts???

Thanks

The company was under no obligation to accept your resignation withdrawal. You resigned, the resignation was accepted immediately. You can file for unemployment and see what they say, but I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you.
