I am helping a friend with his employment tribunal for unfair dismissal, he has been accused of stealing a parcel. The respondent relied on CCTV footage and three statements, when dismissing him. I have for some time now requested this documentation, and requested a Case Management Meeting. At this meeting, the respondents states they have lost the CCTV footage, the judge gives them 14 days to produce CCTV and statements, that is 3 days from now.

What are my options ?

Did you perhaps not notice the words, US law only, when you first opened your window?

US law and UK law are not the same.
