What is the name of your state?ia
one transfers his H1B to a new employer and joins a new employer. After joining the new employer, he and his dependents (on H4 visa) happen to go back to their native country for a short trip. While returning, whether they have to get a re-stamping on their passport, before travelling from the native country?
