Restraining Order Against General Contractor

What is the name of your state? WA.

My ex-contractor says I owe him money. I say he owes me. I am willing to go to court/arbitration. He has threatened me with, "I WILL get my money". I feel he may vandalize my property.

Can I put a restraining order against him? I want it to cover my family and two properties. It is no guarantee against vandalism but it might make him think twice.

WE don't know if you can get a restraining order. You'll have to ask a judge in your state. But I suspect you'll need a little more evidence that "I feel he might"...
