Is there such a thing as reverse discrimination? Is it discrimination of you lose a job or don't get hired at a job because you DON'T speak Spanish?

It's not discrimination if you're not hired due to not being able to speak spanish. It just happens to be a requirement of that company that you didn't meet. And it's not illegal.

No, there is no such thing as reverse discrimination. Discrimination is decrimination no matter who does it to whom. To think something is reverse descrimination is to say that you are superior to the one discriminating against you.
And no, you were not discriminated against.

This has got to be at least the third time this question has come up in as many months.

No. It is not illegal discrimination of any kind of you are not hired or lose a job because you cannot speak Spanish. ANYONE can learn to speak Spanish, regardless of their race or ethnic origin; therefore a requirement that Spanish be spoken is not illegal. If you were not hired because you were not of Hispanic origin, THAT would be illegal, but requiring you to speak Spanish is perfectly legal since people of any and all races and ethnic origins can and do speak it.
