Company laid off 84 out of 120 employees. No warning.
No severance pay. Just the current week and the week that passed.
Accrued vacation time was not paid and will not be paid, on the grounds that (quoting the Human Resources): "the company has no money to pay you vacation time"
Who can I contact to file a claim? The same issue affects 83 others. The company had a free luncheon for the remaining crew today. Every penny used this way makes me angry as it was deprived from those that were laid off.
