What is the name of your state? Michigan
What rights DO employees have in "at will" work states? Besides the "race, sex, age" card.
From what I've been reading here unless your in a union your pretty much screwed.

Are you actually asking what rights you have? Or are you asking what rights you have to keep your job?

You have TONS of rights that have nothing to do with job protection. Which are you looking for?

You have the right to go to work each day as scheduled, work to the best of your ability and to return to your domicile when your schedule is ended.

You have the right to quit your job. You have the right to seek employment elsewhere and best of all anytime you think you can do a better job of running a business you have the right to leave, start your own business and hire your own employees and give them the rights you think you aren't getting.

What rights are you looking for?
