What is the name of your state? Virginia

I am hoping that someone can tell me whether they know an employment lawyer that could tell me about the implications of intentional interference between my employer and myself by a 3rd. party venture partner.

I have posted the case, but no response so far.

You have given no details, thus you cannot expect any help.

A Cheap Thrill

You are quite mistaken! I most certainly can expect it! Whether I receive it or not is another question.

Facts: Company A is my employer. I am at-will/salaried w/benefits.
Company B is a separate company and not my employer.
Company A and B have entered into a Joint Venture Agreement.
Company B wants me out of the picture and requests (insists) on my reassignment
to anywhere else.
Company A, my employer, against their stated desires agrees to reassign me
to a different location. This will impact me negatively.

Tortious Interference or not.

Now then, Give up with the name Dolly Madison

I'm not a lawyer. But if you don't have a contract with Company A, then they are free to reassign you whenever/wherever they see fit. You are free to seek better employment elsewhere.
