What is the name of your state? TX
Does the use of the phrases "without just cause" and "said alleged charges" within an appeal speak to denying the truth of the charge? Is it clear the appellant denies the truth of the charging instrument by using these phrases?

Hope this is enough detail to answer the question--I can provide more if necessary.

Thanks.
