The office manager got mad a few months ago and quit, after 2 weeks she asked to return and our boss agreed to let her return. Out question is does she keep her seniority (as far as decisions on who works weekends and holiday, it always has been our policy that the lowest seniority works them, but now she says she is the senior person in the company and everyone else in the company feels she is the lowest) We are located in Virginia
