my company was acquired @ 1 yr ago- I was asked to come over for a specified role- 1 year later I have yet to perform that role, I have been performing everything but that role. All other members of acquired company have been severed with packages. Current employer refuses to sever me nor perform the agreed upon role?
I have a new opportunity, but hate leaving possible severance/bonus on the table
