Severance pay "to be or not to be"
I was fired after 12yrs of service for ?able reasons.
By law am I entitled to severance pay in the state of N.Y.
My company still owes me vacation pay. can they give me my
money whenever they please? ALso is it legal to give select
employee`s health benefits and not the rest. If not what could be the penalties?
