The company I work for closed its division in Arizona.
I had an unsatisfied relocation package and was not offered severence. Many employees both higher and lower on the ladder were offered severence. The company seemed to only offer severence to employees they liked or felt threatend by.
1) Do I have grounds to collect a severence?
2) Can I recover for unsatisfied relocation?
3) Are they required to pay for unused vacation?
