My former manager was talking online to my new boss and he accused me of being a thief. My new boss was formerly employed at the same place. THere was stealing in the store when I was employed there and many people were let go. I was questioned at the time about the stealing. I worked there over a year and was promoted and received many MVP awards for top sales after the stealing incident. Do I have any recourse against my former boss.
