I live in Michigan and a excempt employee and paid a salary wage...We have a Technical Team (who get salary wage also)who works one Saturday a month. And get paid hourly wage for working a Saturday. Now I work on the Inventory Team and there is a special project coming up and is going to require me to work some Saturday's. I was told our team would not be paid. How can they pay some and not others? We are all salary. Something just doesn't seem right. Help.....!!
