I was hit by a student 2 months ago. I reported it to the police and when they arrested the student. I was told by the owner of the school to drop the charges many times. I speculate that it is because the student's family donates a lot of money to the school. When I refused to drop the charges I was harrassed everyday and subsequently, I was canned 2 months later for a made up reason. That I sign out to early. Now that I am terminated I am very angry because many parents liked the kind of teacher I was and we all know it was because of the student ( rich student was arrested). Do I have a legal remedy?
