What is the name of your state? mass.

quick question.

a former bartender of a pub was asked to return for a thursday day and sat. night shift by one of the two partners.

the second partners granddaughter decided she wanted to tend bar on sat. night rather than waitress and set the rturned bartender up and she was relieved of her "mony night" of saturday but could keep her thursday. every employee and customer knew what was happening, and she let the thursday go.

what can she do, if anything? she worked there for 35 years.

I can't decipher your post. Too many pronouns. Are they both women? When you say "she", which she are you talking about? Please ask your question more clearly.

Although, regardless of which "she" did what to whom, the answer is probably going to be that "she" has no legal recourse. If it's simply a question of one of them having her schedule changed or hours cut, unless there was an employment contract that's perfectly legal.

sorry bout that!

"she" is the granddaughter of partner #2. i'm sure you are correct. she got shafted with no recourse.
