What is the guideline in Criminal Background ?

I have a friend that I got a job for and they had him fill out and sigh a criminal backround form and let him work for about a week and then came to him and said he was terminated because he did not put down a domestic abuse charge that he optained 17 years ago. My question is does he have a wrongfull termination case?

My question is does he have a wrongfull termination case? No. Your friend was terminated for falsifying a document. There's no statute of limitations on that.
