in new jersey i had applied for a job at bed, bath and beyond. all went well and the manager interviewed me and had me take the sterling test, which asks different questions about stealing. it turns out that when they ran the test through the system i was considered "high risk" but i really have never stolen anything before and i am working for a company for 2 yrs and never stole anything....i wanted to know if this is wrong because the way i see is that if someone who does steal passes the test it is not doing the company any good
