What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Michigan

I would like to know if there is a case law that states; A person can not be rehired in the same profession if they file and win a lawsuit again a company?, and is that person barred from the company that they sued or any company in thier profession?

Can the former employer when ask for an reference, disclose that this person sued them?
