I am paid either straight commission or an hourly rate which ever is higher. However the kicker is that my employeer does not pay overtime. When I contacted the local workforce office (Tennessee by the way is where I live), they informed me that they could not answer any of my questions and that I would have to ask a lawyer. Plz help.
