Currently the subject of an internal investigation. Do not know the results yet. They seized all email files, internet history and user's directory from the computer at work. Said there was possible abuse of those services. What steps should we take next. Wait and see? Need advice. Thanks.

Your employer owns the computer and your time on the computer and can fire you for any abuse. Better brush off your resume.

Wait and see is your only option. Your employer owns these systems and they are just as free to review the contents as they are in going through any paper files in your office.
