I have a friend that has been ask to submit to a random drug test, after a meeting with the director who at that time, metionioned he suspected drug abuse due to her weight loss. She is in the fitness industry and loves this type of work. If she were to take the test and fail she would be terminated with a record. What are the consequences of refusing the test and given her notice in regards to future employment in the fitness industry and keeping a clean record?
