I was suspened today. The company I work for (in CA) is missing one Big Screen TV (What they sell) and $4,000. My boss thinks I am somehow involved and I'm not. He won't let me talk to him about it, will not explain to me how he "knows" I am involved and when I called in today to ask what he wants me do do to help he said he will call me when I am allowed to come back to work. Can he do this? What are my rights? I am missing work and I can't afford to. I don't know what steps I can take. Please Help. Thank you.
