I was terminated about 3 weeks ago. I received a good review 10 days before termination with no indication that I was doing a poor job. My supervisor was gone for 7 of the 10 days before I was fired. My termination is based on hear say and my supervisor never witnessed the alleged actions. I was working the whole time she was gone and another employee told the supervisor I was goofing off the whole time. I took the time to write a schedule of events after I was terminated and requested a written reason of termination. The reason my supervisor gave the the reason I received from the HR dept conflict. Do I have any recourse??
