I live in Michigan.

I have been terminated and have 10 days of vacation accumulated and not taken. Must my employer pay me for these days?

I signed an employee agreement stating that I must give my employer 3 weeks notice if I quit in order to get my vacation pay. I was terminated and given 2 weeks to clean up, train other staff and depart. I was told I'm not entitled to collect vacation pay as I was terminated and given 2 weeks and hence didn't meet the 3 week notice minimum.
