Where can I find a lawyer to represent me when none is available on a military, in another country, for a termination notice

Not here. US law only. And we don't do referrals.
While I agree that we don't do referrals, doesn't DOD mean in US military jargon, "deployed on duty"?

This sounds like a reservist who got called up for deployment, whose regular employer (supposed to be holding his job) has sent him a termination letter.

If that is the case OP, then you need to be talking to whatever JAG unit is "assigned" (I don't know if that is the right word) to your unit.

I assumed he meant "Department of Defense", and he's a civilian employee of the DoD. Or, more accurately, WAS a DoD employee or contractor.
