I have worked for a large corp. for 8yrs as their top regional sales manager generating over 10M. in sales anually. I was terminated because they discovered a company that I have owned for 5yrs now, this company sells similar products but do not directly compete with theirs. They are refusing to pay my severence pay and withholding my stock options, can I persue with legal mesures?
