I am needing to find out of I have any legal standing in reference to being laid off from a contract job because of medical problems. The company that I went through to get the job is a temp to perm type of company. I was working under a year contract for a major corporation. I had been talking to my
supervisor at the temp/perm company plus my supervisor at the major corporation of my medical situation. I'd been bringing in doctor notification and such. I was about to go in for surgery when the contract company told me not to return. I fought for unemployment and received that. I am just curious of I have any legal recourse here. I'd appreciate what information that you could give me. Thank you.
