I was finally terminated from my job. I am wondering if my former employer is still obligated to fulfill our mediation agreement?

If an agreement is signed that contains a provision related to the management personnel, wouldn't the employer still be obligated to meet that provision, regardless of the charging party's presence on the payroll?

If so, I believe I have grounds for breach of our agreement. I believe this because he never met any form of his part of the agreement. He only has 19 days left to meet the 3 month provision for meeting the agreement in its entirety.
