I live and work in Florida state. Recently i was terminated of employment. After my termination a member of hte administrative staff took another employee into her office and advised the employee of my termination and the complete details of the termination.... where can i find some privacy laws that were violated?????

You can't. Because there aren't any. Nothing in the law requires your employer to keep the details of your termination private. Unless you have an enforceable contract that says otherwise, they can post the details of your termination on a billboard on I-95 if they want to.
