my name is starla muraszka i live in new york state. i january 2000 i quit my job because of too many hours (was working upwards of 60 hours a week and my employer was not granting me relief dispite numerous requests), and workplace conditions which were very arguous. i was initially denied benefits but granted a hearing. i won the initial hearing and recieved a full compliment of benefits. my case was appealed, a new hearing was granted, my employer perjured herself regarding workplace issues, had a witness testify untruthfully as well and the finding was reversed. i appealed to the hearing board in new york state and they determined that perjury was not an adequete reason to overturn the case. i must now appeal to the appellate division of the supreme court on questions of the law only.
can you tell me what matters of employment law (and perjury for that matter) on which i can appeal?
