I am being taken to court for pay back of unemployment benefits that they feel are unduly recieved by me. If you want details I will give them to you, but the question doesn't require me to at this point.
Okay now the other question that I have is can they garnish my husband's wages if I don't have any income at this point in time to pay back a disputed amount of money that they want?
