What is the name of your state? florida
I was laid off due to lack of work at my job. There was a lay off of over 100 people. I however was going to school full time while working full time. Do I have any chance at unemployment since I am a full time student?

All you can do is apply. The worst that can happen is that you're turned down, in which case you're no worse off than if you failed to apply at all. There is no penalty for applying when you are not eligible.
