I Work for the Social Security Administration. My job title is Operations Supervisor which is lower management. The Union raised an issue with upper management concerning the employees I supervise, the union did not raise the issue with the employees. The union threatened me with an unfair labor complaint if I informed the employees that they had raised the issue. If I inform the employees of the issue that the raised is this an unfair labor practice. Can I take action against the union.
