We are 3 senior workers of a group of 5 persons working tn the same field, in the same office. We three have 13, 11, and 10 yrs. employment time invested in this office compared to almost 2 yrs. and 1 yr. for the others. Together, we three seniors have 66 yrs. of work experience in our field. We 3 each also have at least 2 certifications to our credit.
We recently learned that the person with almost 2 yrs. experience and service has just gotten 2 raises(1 not really justified),
