My question/comment is: I work for the Federal
Govt located at Hunter Army Airfield in Savannah,
GA and due to my supervisors denial of writing my
job description to a complete and updated,
accurate description, this has led to me NOT
being able to get promoted or even considered for
advancement, he acknowledges that the job
description is wrong but he DONT want to write a
accurate one under my series that i work in as a
Communications Equipment Operator (GS 392) he
wants to write one in which he hopes that the
govt comes up with as in Computer Operator (GS
332), which is NOT what i am working in, I
believe that if he was to write it correctly it
WOULD definitely result in an automatic promotion
as well as another series that will enable me to
move up, but on this date 16 Nov 00 he
acknowledged at 1300 this evening that he KNOWS
its wrong and just be glad i have a job. What i
am looking for is someone to tell me if there is
anything to this or not because i HONESTLY
believe it is, i can get witnesses that will
verify this along with other matters pertaining
to this event that this practice of his has been
going on for well over 12 years and he will admit
that also. SERIOUSLY, where do I go from here..THANKS..
