I have been working for the road and bridge department for my county for 3 years, I run one of 4 mowers, we have 3 with cabs and one without.
I run the mower w/o the cab, I have asked on several occasions for a mower with a cab ( as they came open)instead of giving the mower to me they have hired a new employee to run the mower.
I don't have the dates and I have never put the request in writing, would I have a case if i went to EEOC?

Is this based on race, age, sex, etc.?
