I was a volunteer bartender, working for tips only, for the past 7 1/2 years . I was never in any trouble, never written up. The members loved me and my service to them. Last week i was "unscheduled" because i was late, once. Poor job performance they call it.
As a volunteer, Do i have any rights n this matter ? Unjust

It may or may not be unjust. It is not illegal.

Unless you have a legally binding and enforceable contract that guarantees you specific hours, you are entitled to as many hours, and which ones, as your employer wants to schedule you for - no more and no less.
