i'm from ohio. i was hired at a nursing home as a dietary aide, then three week s later i was fired for "not being able to do the job". Also I was supposed to receive two weeks traing but only received one weeks worth of training.
Then two days before being fired my supervisor told me that I was behind in work and had one week to shape up, two days later i was fired. Is this legal? They stated that I had one week to get the job down and then turned around and fired me without giving me a chance.
